About

headshotI am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider in the State of Tennessee. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling and have fulfilled the requirements of the State of Tennessee to practice counseling.

I received my BA in Psychology from Washington and Lee University in 2005, where I played Varsity Soccer. I worked as a staff therapist at the Vanderbilt Psychological and Counseling Center from 2008-2011, after receiving my Masters in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt’s Peabody College in 2008. I then worked for four years with adolescents as the Upper School Personal Counselor at Franklin Road Academy in Nashville, TN where I also coached middle school girls soccer and middle school track. I am currently seeing clients ages 15 and up in my private practice in Nashville, TN.

I view therapy as a collaborative process in which we focus on your unique goals, values, and needs. I believe that authentic and mutual connection in relationships is necessary for growth and change. I attempt to provide a challenging and nurturing space in which change, healing, and growth can occur. And above all, I welcome people from all backgrounds.
